For this project, STEY, my venture merging sustainability, modern design and storytelling, pushed me to define the brand’s values, create cohesive visuals, and align experience with a cosmopolitan view.

STEY was positioned not just as a backpack line, but as a platform celebrating stories of resilience and authenticity. Objectives included community growth, brand awareness, and resonance with people seeking minimal design for movement.

Our approach refined core values, Sustainability, Uniqueness, Anti-fragility, Cosmopolitism, Authenticity, Simplicity, then translated them into visuals, messaging, and a Shopify store. I guided creative direction so photo and motion assets matched the brand’s style and functionality.

Key lesson: unite brand strategy and storytelling so values, functionality, and community purpose align across design, e-commerce, and creative direction.

Shopify architecture, UX, and content reflected the brand story, while optimized media and microcopy improved navigation, conversions, and confidence during testing.

Community strategy centered on people overcoming challenges and living authentically; creative direction ensured visuals felt minimal, cosmopolitan, and human, supporting growth even without full production.

Though STEY didn’t reach full-scale production, the project sharpened my brand design practice, proving that identity, clear strategy, and storytelling can elevate products. “Life is a journey. Make every step count!”
